At Brown Dog, the quality of our coffee is top priority. This is why we choose to micro-roast our beans daily. Micro-roasting is different from traditional roasting in a few areas, but the most apparent difference is the quantity of beans being roasted at once. Roasting in two-pound batches allows us to carefully monitor our beans for uniformity, ensuring that customers receive the freshest coffee possible every time.
